You will be part of a small team responsible for overseeing Customer Service Advisors. You will drive sales to hit targets and KPIs whilst ensuring all customers receive an excellent service at all points of their service journey.
Description of the role
- Ensuring financial targets are achieved and driving sales.
- Responding to customer needs, overseeing Customer Service Advisors.
- Ensuring all working practices are adhered to.
- Ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Maximising sales at each opportunity to achieve targets.
- Completing all administrative tasks for the business.
- Identifying operational issues in absence of the Manager.
About you
- Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate on a range of levels.
- Able to motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Taking accountability in the absence of the Manager.
- IT literate, being able to pick up new systems.
