We are looking for an experienced **Digital Analyst** with 4+ years in business analysis and data management. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to drive business insights and improve outcomes. Experience with **CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management)** systems is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using **Tableau** and **Power BI** to present data clearly.
- Conduct marketing data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer optimization recommendations.
- Utilize **SQL** and **R** to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future strategies.
- Implement and manage **Google Analytics** and **Adobe Analytics** to measure website performance.
- Support internal teams with data-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work with **CAFM systems** to ensure facilities data is properly analyzed and utilized for operational improvements.

**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with **CAFM systems**.
- Proficient in **SQL**, **R**, **Tableau**, **Power BI**, **Google Analytics**, and **Adobe Analytics**.
- Strong skills in data visualization and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiar with **Office 365** and collaboration tools.
- Proactive, innovative, and eager to learn and adapt.
