We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The chosen candidate will lead our marketing team and collaborate with our agency partners to achieve our business goals.

Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Lead the marketing team and manage relations with agency partners.

Profile

A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
