Our client, a leading women's fashion brand known for its fun, feel-good clothing with a nostalgic touch, is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media (paid campaigns), PPC, affiliates, SEO, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid digital strategies in collaboration with the agency, focusing on maximizing ROI and brand engagement.
  • Act as the key agency liaison, providing content, refining campaigns, and communicating insights to the in-house team.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all channels, using data and insights to optimize performance and achieve key business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Support and update teams across the business on digital marketing activity, with a focus on strategy and measurable results.
  • Manage and develop a small team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the fashion/eCommerce industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies, affiliate programs, and account managers.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing team members.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to produce insightful reports for key stakeholders.
  • Experience in Social Media (particularly Paid campaigns), PPC, Affiliates & SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in fashion.
  • Results-driven with a focus on maximizing user engagement and return on investment.
  • Experience working with an eCommerce brand.
  • Experience in analysing data and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy.
