Our client, a leading women's fashion brand known for its fun, feel-good clothing with a nostalgic touch, is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media (paid campaigns), PPC, affiliates, SEO, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid digital strategies in collaboration with the agency, focusing on maximizing ROI and brand engagement.
- Act as the key agency liaison, providing content, refining campaigns, and communicating insights to the in-house team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all channels, using data and insights to optimize performance and achieve key business objectives.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Support and update teams across the business on digital marketing activity, with a focus on strategy and measurable results.
- Manage and develop a small team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- At least three years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the fashion/eCommerce industry.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven experience in managing agencies, affiliate programs, and account managers.
- Experience in managing and nurturing team members.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to produce insightful reports for key stakeholders.
- Experience in Social Media (particularly Paid campaigns), PPC, Affiliates & SEO.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in fashion.
- Results-driven with a focus on maximizing user engagement and return on investment.
- Experience working with an eCommerce brand.
- Experience in analysing data and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High level of numeracy and literacy.
