A leading human rights law firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of their digital marketing efforts. THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimal performance across all key channels. Leading a dedicated team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the firm's digital presence, with a particular focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Leading and mentoring a team, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Overseeing organic digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content strategy, and website optimization.
- Analyzing campaign performance using data and insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a marketing team.
- Strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop and implement long-term marketing plans.
- Analytical expertise, with proficiency in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services or legal setting (preferred but not required).
