A leading SaaS business is looking for a Head of Digital to drive their digital workplace strategy, ensuring employees have a seamless, secure, and efficient digital experience. This role will focus on optimising device management, streamlining processes, and introducing new tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and management of digital workplace technologies, including devices and collaboration tools.
Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team.
Enhance the digital experience using M365 and Google Suite.
Partner with internal teams to create a flexible workplace model that supports hybrid and remote employees.
Develop training programmes to ensure employees maximise digital tools.
Drive automation, AI, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency.
Own the roadmap for digital workplace platforms and introduce new innovations.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Digital Workplace leadership.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and automation.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for AI, automation, and workplace innovation.
