Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations.
- Lead technical discussions and stay current with emerging industry trends.
- Oversee the implementation of websites, plugins, and additional features.
- Actively develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and more.
- Act as an escalation point for technical queries from both clients and internal teams.
- Drive revenue growth and provide commercial insights, including forecasting and financial planning.
- Proven expertise in WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and related technologies.
- Strong track record in managing client relationships, contracts, and development teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and accurate company forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
