The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Promotions Manager to coordinate marketing efforts across our five venues. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about electronic music, thrives in a collaborative team, and excels in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Campaign Management: Implement and oversee day-to-day actions as part of our broader marketing strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns.
  2. Event Launch Coordination: Play a pivotal role in managing lineup and ticket launch campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop innovative event marketing strategies.
  4. Marketing Systems Oversight: Maintain and support the central marketing system, ensuring data accuracy and team alignment.
  5. Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on marketing and communications performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Experience

  1. Event Marketing Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, with a strong understanding of managing venue marketing calendars.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Enthusiastic about electronic music, with experience working with artists' management on marketing approvals.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Mailchimp, and ticketing platforms like Skiddle and Resident Advisor.
  4. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Innovative Approach: A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for novel and creative marketing campaigns.
