Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about optimizing online performance and delivering measurable results. As a key player in the agency, you will mentor a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic for a variety of clients.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor SEO campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver ROI.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, identify technical issues, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target valuable search terms.
  • Content Optimization: Work with the content team to create and optimize engaging, search-friendly content.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and insights.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is advantageous.
