The Role:

After rapid growth, we are delighted to announce a new opportunity for a video-first digital designer to join our creative team. Our in-house design team is the heartbeat of the business, so this is a really exciting role with truckloads of creative freedom for the right candidate. This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to come in and make a huge impact.

So, who are we looking for?

An absolute creative rocket of a digital designer, ready to take the next step in their career. No two days will be the same in this role, meaning the perfect candidate will have a wide range of skills and design software know-how at their disposal in order to seamlessly work across different tasks, channels, and formats. We require the perfect candidate to be a design perfectionist, with flawless knowledge of design rules teamed with an ability to use the core Creative Cloud applications.

Video content is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will be a digital-first designer who sees the world through an animated eye. From editing video content for Tiktok, working on training course videos, all the way through to directing shoots, this role will offer complete creative freedom for the perfect candidate! We are looking for someone to take our video and motion assets to the next level.

Creating exciting, outside of the box content for social mediaEditing video content for all channels, from TikTok’s to Training Course videos Planning and directing creative lifestyle and model photoshootsA sharp eye for detail, we need a perfectionist when directing shoots Creating snappy and exciting animated assets for ads and social media Retouching imagery from model and product photoshootsCreating banners and other assets for the websiteDesigning assets for all events, from PR events to trade showsPlanning and creating the designs for themes during the year.

What we are looking for:

What we are looking for:

Previous work as a designer or creative within a beauty or fashion brand is desirable, but not essentialAt least 2 years experience as a designerDegree or other relevant qualification

A varied portfolio, showing a diverse range of skills, brilliant ideas and flawless execution.
