Document Controller
- Provide full document control support for specific projects including tracking documentation through Projectwise
- A good working knowledge of Projectwise
- Assist with project start and close out (ensuring project folders are set up correctly online and assisting in the submission of project close out documents)
- Raise Purchase orders for the offices and project teams using SAP, OneSRM and MyMall
- Maintain various day to day operational processes for the section including holiday, whereabouts lists
- Assist with the preparation of client reports
- Assist Project and Office Manager set up and decommission project site offices
- Organise meetings, room bookings and refreshments for project team, ensuring visitors/clients are looked after
- General housekeeping/safety/maintenance
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary, including mail distribution
- Assist Office Manager with general duties
- Provide cover on other projects as requested (e.g. holiday cover)
- Assist Receptionist/Administrators as necessary
