Night Manager

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the night shift workers and ensuring all staff are fully trained.
- Making sure that the public areas are maintained, and events are prepared for.
- Completing regular security walks and floor checks
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- Ensuring an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.
This role is well-suited for an individual with management or supervisory experience, particularly if they have a background in hotel and hospitality operations. Familiarity with Opera computer systems is also advantageous.
