About the Role:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Manchester? We are seeking a motivated ECT to join our vibrant and supportive school community, where you will be given the tools, training, and mentorship needed to thrive in your teaching career.
As an ECT, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, and fostering a love for learning. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning.
Engage in continuous professional development to refine teaching practices and grow as an educator.
Uphold school policies, including behaviour management and safeguarding standards.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of Initial Teacher Training.
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a passion for working with children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
