You will be responsible for delivering high-quality scripts, software, web services, and web development solutions that support data, analytics, and assurance services. This position presents an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain scalable, publicly visible technical products that enhance TfN’s engagement with partners, stakeholders, and the public.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to collaborate effectively to drive successful outcomes, enhance existing processes, and manage technical projects to deliver innovative solutions within robust timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of TfN’s website and interactive web-based products.

Oversee the creation and deployment of visualisation dashboards that present complex datasets in a user-friendly manner.

Develop and maintain scripts, software, and web services that facilitate data analytics and assurance services.

Ensure all web-based solutions align with best practices in usability, accessibility, and performance.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in development processes and technologies.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

A highly experienced developer with expertise in designing and developing websites and interactive web-based products.

Strong track record in creating scripts, software, and web services, with proficiency in both static and dynamic web service front-end development.

Experience working with data visualisations, GIS models, and web-centric programming languages.

Proven ability to develop scalable, high-performance web solutions that support public and stakeholder engagement.

A highly numerate degree (or equivalent substantial experience in the field).

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
