GSL Education are working on behalf of a warm and welcoming school looking to recruit a ECT to start in September in Fallowfield, M14. The right ECT must be a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) . This role is ideal for a newly qualified teacher eager to make a positive impact on young learners in Key Stage1.

Key Responsibilities Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Key stage 1, Fallowfield, M14:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum for Key Stage 1
• Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to inspire students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.

Requirements Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Key stage 1, Fallowfield, M14:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices for Key Stage [Specify KS1 or KS2].
• Excellent communication
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
