Tradewind is seeking qualified Teaching Assistants for flexible, day-to-day roles in South Manchester. This flexi-time arrangement allows you to choose the days you'd like to work, giving you more control over your schedule. You'll have the chance to support pupils across different schools in South Manchester, with each day offering a unique experience!

Where: Chorlton

Shift Pattern: Day-to-day

Class: EYFS - KS2

Pay: £84 - £90 per day, depending on experience

** You must have a Level 2 qualification or above

** You must have UK TA experience

Teaching AssistantThe successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving class.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
  • Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
  • Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
  • Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
