Are you looking to start a career working with children? Tradewind are looking for a brilliant candidate to start working immediately as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years. This is for a fantastic school in Oldham (OL2), that is easily accessible from Rochdale and Tameside . The role is full-time, long-term and will have a competitive pay rate of £85 to £90 per day, depending on experience.

The role will be working 1 to 1 with a SEN child in Early Years who has autism. Your role will predominantly be supporting the child with their school work and helping them to participate in a range of learning activities. You will need to have excellent communication skills, compassion, and a willingness to develop a positive educational relationship with the child.
