Job Advert: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3 Qualified)

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years development? Do you have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our education agency and work with schools and nurseries in the Manchester area.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support the classroom teacher in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.

Assist with the planning and preparation of educational resources.

Help create a positive and safe learning environment for children.

Work with small groups or one-on-one to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

Support children with their social, emotional, and physical development.

Monitor and track children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

A minimum of Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).

A passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children, teachers, and parents.

A patient, caring, and professional approach to supporting children's learning.

Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting (desirable but not essential).

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
