Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years development? Do you have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our education agency and work with schools and nurseries in the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.

  • Assist with the planning and preparation of educational resources.

  • Help create a positive and safe learning environment for children.

  • Work with small groups or one-on-one to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

  • Support children with their social, emotional, and physical development.

  • Monitor and track children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).

  • A passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children, teachers, and parents.

  • A patient, caring, and professional approach to supporting children's learning.

  • Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting (desirable but not essential).

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
