Tradewind is searching for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a General Teaching Assistant Role in a 'Good' school based in M21. You will work collabrotavely with the class teacher and lead groups of pupils across all subjects.
Where: Chorlton, M21.
Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant.
Shift pattern: full-time 8.30am - 4pm. This may become a long-term role.Pay: £84 - £90 per day (depending on experience).??????

Teaching Assistant ResponsibilitiesThe successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a KS1 class.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
- Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
- Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
- Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
- Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
