Inspire Young Minds as a Nursery Practitioner!Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our excellent Nurseries in Crumpsall. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young children, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:· Protect and promote the health and well-being of children· Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed· Implement and deliver the EYFS curriculum in accordance with the childrens social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs.· Support childrens learning and development through play· Be a key person to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families· Monitor childrens progress to ensure they reach their developmental targets· Plan and create activities which keep children engaged throughout the day· Help prepare children for the transition into school life

Key Requirements:· Experience of working in a pre-school setting or other similar experience.· Diploma in Level 3 Early Years· A good, sound knowledge and understanding of EYFS.· Sound understanding of child development and of childrens needs and current legislation relevant to the Early Years.· Ability and experience of implementing an Early Years curriculum, taking into account the SEND Code of Practice, child protection procedures, religious and cultural diversity and equal opportunities considerations.· Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of ways, verbally and in writing· Caring attitude and a friendly, flexible approach.
