A fantastic primary school is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and committed to supporting students who occasionally display challenging behavior.
The Role:
- Supporting the Year 1 class, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Delivering 1:1 interventions to help students reach their potential.
- Assisting with behavior management strategies and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
What We Offer:
- Daily rate of £85-£100, depending on experience.
