The Role:

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one support to students with varying abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Assisting with the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities and resources.

Supporting the teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
