Main responsibilities of the role:
- Overseeing and delivering high-quality interventions to support pupil progress.
- Acting as a key liaison between teaching staff and teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborating with the SENCO and Inclusion Manager to develop and manage timetables for support across the school.
- Providing mentoring and guidance for staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving high standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all children.
