These students may have a range of behavioural needs and come from diverse backgrounds, so the right candidate will be empathetic, resilient, and able to build positive relationships.Key Responsibilities:* Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to help them stay engaged in learning* Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation strategies* Encouraging students to build confidence, resilience, and motivation* Working with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plansRequirements:? Previous experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs? Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification OR an education-related degree? Strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of SEMH needs? A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)?
