In this role, you will work with students across different age groups, helping to meet their unique educational and emotional needs. You will provide tailored support and may be required to assist with personal care. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students with SEND to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group support to primary students with complex SEND needs. Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the well-being, dignity, and safety of students. Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver adapted learning strategies and resources. Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with complex needs.A caring and patient approach, with the ability to handle personal care responsibilities.
