Are you a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 3 with complex SEND requirements at a welcoming Primary School in Stockport.
The Role:- Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child in Year 3 with complex SEND needs
- Assisting with both academic and social development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Resilient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about supporting children with SEND
- Has previous child-based experience in an educational or care setting
- Patient, understanding, and able to build strong relationships
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Must have relevant experience working with children, particularly in a SEND capacity
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks and provide necessary documentation
