Randstad Education is hiring SEND Teaching Assistants to work at a specialist school in Didsbury (M20). We need talent like you to join our team of talented SEND teaching assistants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have Supported SEND Children in the UK.
  • Able to commit to working Long- Term/ Full-Time.
  • Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday).
  • Have valid eligibility to work in the UK.

Requirements:

  • Must have worked at an SEN school or with SEND Children for at least 6 months in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update service or willing to apply for one.
  • The SEN TA must be available between 8.30 AM to 3.30 pm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing challenging behaviour and supporting the class teacher.
  • Working with small groups and 1:1.
  • Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all pupils.
  • Liaising with fellow colleagues to get the most out of your pupil's development.
