Primary Teaching Assistant

Cover People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in a Primary School in Manchester. The role is to start as soon as possible with hopes of continuing into the new year.

The Role

A primary school in Manchester is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in the classroom. They are looking for someone with ASD and ADHD experience. The successful candidate would be required to support the teacher with classroom management and working with children who need 1:1 support.

The candidate must have:

  • 6 months experience working with children
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • DBS on update register
  • References for last 2 years work history
  • Up to date CV
