Job Overview:
Spencer Clarke Group is looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers for our school in Blackley. Daily pay starts at £100 and higher with experience!
We are supporting a SEND Secondary School dedicated to helping students with diverse challenges and needs reach their potential. This role is full time working weekdays only and with an opportunity to go into a long term role!
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in SEND support, care, or a similar role working with people with a range of complex and diverse needs from learning difficulties to mobility and physical needs
- Is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference.
- Can effectively manage challenging behaviours and implement de-escalation strategies.
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
