Hays Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to provide one to one support for pupils who have special needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your job is to enhance and enrich the learning of the pupil in your care. Skills and Experiences Essential SEN Experience- ADHD, Aspergers, Autism, EBD, learning difficulties With a good knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work with pupils you will need to be confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
