As part of an ongoing strategy, Hays Education are looking to recruitSEND teaching assistants to work in various schools in Manchester Hays Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to provide one to one support for pupils who have special needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your job is to enhance and enrich the learning of the pupil in your care. Skills and ExperiencesEssential; SEN Experience ADHD, Aspergers, Autism, EBD, learning difficulties. With a good knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work with pupils you will need to be confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
