About the teaching assistant role:We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary team:-Help young learners thrive in a supportive and engaging setting.-Work closely with teachers to create a positive classroom environment.-Assist pupils in achieving their full potential academically and emotionally.-Full-time, long-term opportunity with an immediate start.
What We're Looking For:?? Experience in a LWKS2 class or a Level ½/3 Teaching assistant qualification (not essential).?? A team player who embraces the ethos of the school.?? Confidence supporting children with a range of abilities and needs.?? Positive, flexible, and proactive approach.?? At least two references, one from an educational setting.
