Teaching Assistant - The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a key part of the school community, working flexibly across different year groups. No two days will be the same! Whether you're supporting early phonics in EYFS, leading group interventions in KS1, or helping KS2 pupils master core subjects like English and Maths, your impact will be invaluable. This school is looking for an adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant who can jump into any classroom and make a difference.
Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
? Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.? Lead guided reading sessions and small group interventions for lower-ability pupils.? Support core subjects, including Maths, English, and Phonics.? Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.? Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.? Maintain strong classroom management and encourage pupil engagement.
Teaching Assistant - What We're Looking For:
? Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.? Sound knowledge of the UK National Curriculum across all key stages.? Adaptability - comfortable working with all age groups, from EYFS to KS2.? Full commitment to the role - reliability is essential!? Ability to commute reliably to the M21 area.? Full right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorship.
