The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support to ensure that all students have the best opportunity to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:?? Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons?? Working with small groups and individual students to provide targeted support?? Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment?? Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum?? Providing general administrative and classroom support as required
Who We're Looking For:This role is only open to candidates with prior experience working in schools or the education sector. The ideal candidate will have:? Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting? A good understanding of the secondary curriculum and learning strategies? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff? A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students
