Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in the M46 area. This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for a Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting young learners, particularly in EYFS or KS1.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering creative lessons, supporting pupils' learning, and providing assistance to students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
- Support EYFS or KS1 pupils within the classroom setting.
- Work closely with the class teacher to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Assist with group and one-on-one activities to enhance learning.
- Provide support to a child with SEND when needed.
- Help maintain a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils (desirable but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with young learners.
- Passionate about supporting early childhood development.
- Commitment to a long-term Teaching Assistant role in a primary school.
