The school is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide one-to-one support for a 14/15-year-old pupil with ASD and anxiety. Key Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Work one-to-one as an SEN Teaching Assistant supporting a 14/15-year-old pupil with ASD and anxiety.

  • Accompany the pupil to an off-site provision where they will take part in animal-based activities.
  • Support emotional regulation, engagement, and communication strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
