Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Manchester. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting teachers and enhancing student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Support individual students or small groups in their academic and social development.
  • Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Maintain a safe and organised classroom space.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the school.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the UK for Classroom support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various teaching methods and learning styles.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student's educational needs.
  • Enhanced DBS is mandatory (If you do not have a DBS on the update service you must be willing to apply for a new one).
  • Eligible to work in the UK (No Sponsorship provided).
