Reeson Education is excited to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a fantastic opportunity in a nurturing SEN school. You will be working with primary and secondary pupils with a variety of complex learning and emotional needs. This long-term role offers an immediate start and the potential for a permanent contract.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be helping to implement personalized learning plans, promote independence, and support students in both academic and emotional development.

What You'll Do as a Teaching Assistant:* Support students in small groups or 1:1 with their learning and personal development.* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies.* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among students.* Assist with personal care where required.* Work alongside experienced professionals to create a dynamic, supportive learning environment.* Foster a sense of belonging and confidence in all students.

Teaching Assistant requirements:* Hands-on experience working with children or young people with special needs (SLD, PMLD, Autism).* Compassionate, patient, and adaptable attitude.* Strong communication skills and team player mentality.* The ability to build trusting relationships with students.* A valid driving license (advantageous but not essential).
