Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
- Work as a Teaching Assistant in a Year 2 class, providing classroom support* Assist pupils with ASD, MLD, and lower ability levels to help them reach their potential* Offer one-to-one support alongside another Teaching Assistant to meet individual learning needs* Lead small group activities to reinforce key learning concepts* Support the teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school* Ability to support pupils with additional learning needs* Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach* Passion for education and commitment to helping children succeed
