Reeson Education is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the M22 area, starting ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Year 1 pupils who have SEND, SEMH, and other learning needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting these young learners, ensuring they thrive in a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for Year 1 pupils with SEND, SEMH, and other learning needs.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons, ensuring learning is accessible to all students.
- Support the class teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills in a safe and supportive setting.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to build trust and encourage confidence.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with SEND/SEMH pupils (desirable but not essential).
- A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and support their learning journey.
- Passion for special education and helping children reach their full potential.
- Ready to start immediately and commit to a long-term role in a primary school setting.
