Reeson Education is recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the M29 area, providing full-time EYFS support in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Support EYFS pupils in their learning journey as a dedicated, driven and committed teaching assistant.
  • Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities.
  • Lead small-group interventions in phonics, early numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Provide targeted SEN support where required.
  • Encourage a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with EYFS-aged children (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • A passion for early childhood development and inclusive education.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
