About the Role:

We're on the lookout for motivated English graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, supporting students' educational growth and well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored one-to-one and small-group support in lessons
  • Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans
  • Encouraging active student participation and promoting a positive learning atmosphere
  • Providing extra assistance to students with additional learning needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress
  • Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in English or a related discipline
  • Passionate about working with young people
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
  • Ambition to pursue a career in education
