About the Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, driven graduates to become Teaching Assistants and make a real impact in the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education while supporting students in their academic and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with additional learning needs
  • Collaborating with staff and parents to ensure student success
  • Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in any subject
  • Passionate about working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Previous experience working with children desirable
  • Interest in pursuing a career in education
