Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Moston, Manchester.
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a passion for helping children thrive? Educate GM’s partner school in Moston, Manchester is looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their flourishing school.
The role is full-time, commencing ASAP. This great opportunity will pay £85-£105 a day, depending on experience.
You will be joining a successful school within Moston, Manchester, where children blossom. The school has friendly staff members passionate about helping childrenthrive and working as part of a team. The school encourages staff development and there are always opportunities to grow your skills as a teaching assistant.
The Head Teacher is looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, someone caring and who has great communication skills. You will also be required to support the class teacher in daily classroom tasks and the role may include supporting children with additional needs, therefore patience and compassion are a necessary.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Level 1 - Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience in teaching in KS2.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in delivering interventions is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Hard working
- Patience, compassion & understanding.
- Enthusiasm and a passion for helping children excel.
- Great behaviour management.
- A genuine passion to support each child to reach their goals.
All candidates must have:
- A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained
- Legal right to work in the UK
- 2 professional references
