Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Tameside. This full-time, long-term role involves working in a Year 3 class that includes a high proportion of SEND students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with complex needs, particularly in a primary school setting.
- A resilient personality and the ability to adapt to varying needs within the classroom.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
In this role, you'll work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, helping students to thrive both academically and socially.
