In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our sales team by providing exceptional training and coaching.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing sales personnel.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service strategies.
- Assess training needs and create customised plans to boost team performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments to maximize impact.
