Role Overview:As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring that examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and professional environment. You will assist in setting up exam rooms, supervising students during exams, and ensuring compliance with all exam regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during exams, ensuring they adhere to all exam rules and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of exam rooms, including checking seating arrangements and distributing exam papers.
  • Monitor students throughout the exam, ensuring no disruptive behaviour and that all materials remain secure.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to the Exam Officer.
  • Support students with any queries or issues they may encounter during the exam in a professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of exam materials.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
