As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting in the management of the home, overseeing staff, and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with the Home Manager and take full responsibility for the home in their absence, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities as Deputy Care Home Manager:
• Lead, support, and train a passionate team of care staff
• Oversee the development and review of care plans for residents
• Maintain strong communication with families, external professionals, and the care team
• Ensure the home runs efficiently and meets all regulatory standards

Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience or a similar leadership role in the care sector
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Ability to engage with residents to understand their needs and provide excellent care
• Proven ability to build relationships with staff, families, and external professionals
• Experience in care program management, involving residents and their families in the development and evaluation of care plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team

Salary:
• £24.50 per hour (annual range: £45,500 - £47,000)
