About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Manager, managing the service, staff team, budgets, and ensuring the welfare of all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete records and reports to professional standards
- Ensure guests have regular access to social workers
- Respond appropriately to guest communications
- Set limits, boundaries, and establish structure
- Contribute to case conferences and care planning
- Provide regular supervision and motivation for colleagues
- Contribute to budget management and strategic development
