Position: Electrical Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Manchester + Hybrid Work from Home

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a leader in the automotive industry? Our client, a renowned innovator within automotive technology is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize electrical schematics for automotive applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Create and review electrical schematics using EPLAN software.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for 2D and 3D mechanical drawings
  • Support end-of-line (EOL) testing tools and contribute to product validation.
  • Drive continuous improvements and innovation in electrical systems design.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical design and schematics.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks for modelling and simulations.
  • Hands-on experience with EOL (End of Line) testing tools and related technologies.
  • A background in the automotive sector is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience interacting with customers face to face
